KENTUCKY CROSSWORDS CUSTOM PUZZLE GUIDELINES FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

Submit your personalized word list and answer clues, along with your preferred "title" for the crossword puzzle directly to the puzzle editor at: editor@kentuckycrosswords.com. (Around 20-30 words and clues work best for a one-page layout of a personalized puzzle. However, this is flexible.) If you have a preference for the background color or image types for the puzzle, be sure to include your preferences. Otherwise, our staff will match colors and graphics to the puzzle type, (e.g. wedding, birthday, family reunion, bridal shower, etc.).

Please be sure to include your name, postal address, and current e-mail address to assist us in our personalized services. We do not share this information with any one for any reason. (See our complete Privacy Policy for more details.)

The cost of our simple freeform crosswords or personalized word search puzzles are $18.00 per unique puzzle creation. We can offer this service at such a low price due to our years of experience in making custom-made puzzles. Payment can be made through PayPal using a credit card or personal checking account. You do not have to maintain a PayPal account to make payments. Kentucky Crosswords also accepts personal checks and U.S. Postal Service money orders for payment. To reduce spam and phishing attempts, details of payment arrangements will be made available to potential customers AFTER your words and clues have been received.

Upon receipt of payment, your custom-made personalized puzzle will be created and returned to you via e-mail attachment within 3-5 days. Generally we offer the puzzle in a minimum of two forms, both of which are yours to keep. The puzzles are copyrighted in your name and once you receive them, they are yours to print and distribute as many copies as you wish with no further obligation to Kentucky Crosswords.
