Day of the Fox -- A Logic Question
Answer Me This:
Jean took her husband Bob to a cabin in the mountains for a seven-day retreat. Each day they were there, including when they arrived on Saturday, they saw a different animal.
One day they saw a fox.
Late in the evening the day before they saw the fox, they were sitting on the front porch of the cabin and watched a squirrel playing in a tree nearby.
On Thursday, when they woke up, there was a deer grazing on shrubs in the back yard.
On the fifth day they spotted an eagle overhead while swimming in a mountain stream.
Later in the week, while swimming again, they spotted a snake in the same water they were in.
While hiking they came across a turtle one day and a rabbit the next, but those were both before the fox.
What day did they see the fox?
