We have made hundreds of puzzles in the past 10 years and below is just a brief sample of the type of feedback we continually receive.

I ordered a personalized puzzle for my sister's bridal shower. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and finished product. The puzzle was done faster than expected and was substantially cheaper than other sites I visited. I appreciate your follow up and inquiry regarding the puzzle we used at our son's wedding, "How well do you know us?" It was a huge success for a variety of reasons. First of all, you were very accommodating in correcting an abbreviation we wanted corrected and giving us a couple of color choices. The bride preferred the option using her wedding colors and in the end really wasn't too expensive to print in full color. The best part though, was the way it worked out for us. You see, we did only a dessert reception and wanted to be sure guests were engaged while pictures were being taken after the ceremony and didn't leave. The puzzle was 1 of 2 activities we had at each table for guests to do and it worked out beautifully. We didn't have a "prize" to award but, when asked, my son invited them to come get a picture with the bride and groom if they were able to complete it. This wasn't planned, but an off handed remark that quite a few guests took literally and came looking for their picture. Later, the bride and groom took the puzzles with them when they left for their honeymoon and were able to review the puzzles and pass the time as they waited to embark on their cruise. We were very happy with the service, the quality and the utility of the puzzle provided by Kentucky Crosswords and will look for other opportunities to use your puzzles again.
