(58 Across) The NFL football team, the New York Giants, winners of three Super Bowls, in 1986, 1990, and 2007, have played their home games in several stadiums during the franchise's history. They began play at the Polo Grounds in 1925, remaining there through 1955. From 1956 to 1973, they played at Yankee Stadium. In 1973-1974 they played at the Yale Bowl and then in Shea Stadium in 1975, while Yankee stadium, their home at the time, was being renovated. Since 1976, the Giants have been at home in Giants Stadium at the Meadowlands.
